Queen's Women in Leadership – QWIL Revenue and Competitors

Q.WIL began over a decade ago as "Women in Finance"​, hosting only 31 delegates. The continued success of this event allowed the conference to expand to become "Queen's Women in Leadership"​, bringing together students, sponsors, and speakers for a weekend of learning and inspiration. The conference has come to encompass young women from all fields, allowing them to share their experiences and celebrate their successes. Q.WIL attracts delegates from diverse faculties, universities, and backgrounds. Each year, Q.WIL builds on its past success by providing learning opportunities from various seminars, speakers and interactive networking sessions. We aim to empower young women to pursue success through bringing together like-minded students and business leaders from across the country. The conference has evolved to feature engaging speakers panels, a fast-paced case competition, and a variety of industry workshops in different fields, all of which allow our delegates to shape their conference experience to their unique aspirations.
